Adults Intro to Jiu Jitsu
This systematic 5 week / 10 class intro program helps new students learn Jiu Jitsu and develop a strong foundation alongside other beginners. This program covers everything from basic Jiu Jitsu movements, drills, strategies, methodologies and techniques such as takedowns, sweeps, passes, and submissions. At the end of the 5 week program, students should be able to:
– Feel confident about their knowledge of the sport
– Transition and chain techniques together
– Participate in live sparring
– Feel ready for entering group classes!
