Might Pebbles (Kids Ages 3-5) Jiu Jitsu class (Gi)

The Mighty Pebbles program is focused on developing your young child’s grappling skills and knowledge through various drills, games, and techniques. This program focuses on the true fundamentals of grappling and helps your child break that physical barrier by learning a new life-skill while having fun! This program will help your child with hand-eye coordination, balance, agility, respect, self-defense, and self-awareness all while building confidence in a safe and fun learning environment. This class prepares our Mighty Pebbles for the Rolling Stones program once they turn 6!

Requirements:
Gi Class – Students must wear a gi (kimono) as well as the belt that represents their rank. Students are also required to wear a rashguard under their gi top.

Curriculum:
Warmup, games, instruction, drilling, positional, situational and/or live sparring.

 

Rolling Stones (Kids Ages 6-9) Gi & No Gi Jiu Jitsu class

Delivers more to your child than just Jiu Jitsu! It teaches them basic athletic & grappling movements, hand-eye coordination, balance, agility, respect, self-defense, and self-awareness all while building confidence in a safe and fun learning environment. Jiu Jitsu technique focuses on fundamentals and coordination games are played.

Requirements:
Gi Class – Students must wear a gi (kimono) as well as the belt that represents their rank.

No Gi Class – Students must wear a gi (kimono) as well as the belt that represents their
rank.

Curriculum:
Warmup, instruction, drilling, positional, situational and/or live sparring.

 

Iron Boulders (Kids Ages 10-14) Gi & No Gi Jiu Jitsu class

Focuses on building a strong Jiu Jitsu foundation from sweeps, passes, transitions, escapes, and submissions. This naturally challenges their coordination, balance, agility, and awareness while having fun in a safe learning environment. This class will help build confidence, build discipline, and learn respect, putting them on a bright path to success on and off the mats.

Requirements:
Gi Class – Students must wear a gi (kimono) as well as the belt that represents their rank.

rank.
