Kids Wrestling for Jiu Jitsu
Two age-group classes that teach basic athletic and wrestling movements — building coordination, balance, agility, and confidence in a safe and fun learning environment.

The Rolling Stones class (ages 6–9) focuses on wrestling stance, movement, setups, and basic takedown offense and defense. Technique is taught in a way that naturally challenges coordination, balance, and agility — all while keeping things engaging and fun for younger kids.
The Iron Boulders class (ages 10–14) builds on those fundamentals with more advanced wrestling techniques. Drilling, situational sparring, and live wrestling give older kids the opportunity to test their skills and develop competitive instincts.
Both classes complement school and club wrestling programs. If your child already wrestles on a team, these classes will significantly improve their growth as a wrestler. All belt levels are invited and wrestling shoes are not needed.
