This systematic 5 week / 10 lesson course helps new students develop a well-rounded grappling foundation before entering group classes.

This class covers the foundational skills of Jiu Jitsu and the techniques of the reinvented modern-day game.

Solely focuses on developing students’ knowledge around wrestling position, movement, takedown offense, and takedown defense, and tying it in with Jiu Jitsu.

The fundamentals program covers essential techniques that every student should learn in order to have a strong Jiu Jitsu foundation.

Jiu Jitsu technique focuses on fundamentals and coordination games are played.

This class focuses on basic wrestling fundamentals, takedown offense, and takedown defense.

Our off-season folkstyle wrestling program (March – November) allows student-athletes who wrestle in 8th grade, high school, college, etc to continue their learning once their season ends.

Open mat training allows students of any age and rank to drill and spar at their own pace in a non-instructed class environment.

Private lessons are available to all students and even visitors!

These workshops focus on Jiu Jitsu based self-defense to defend yourself in a real life attack.

This program helps new students and beginners develop a well-rounded Jiu Jitsu foundation before enrolling in group classes.
