Defensive Tactics & Self Defense
Jiu Jitsu-based self-defense workshops focused on practical techniques for real-world scenarios — open to co-ed participants and women of all experience levels.

These workshops draw on the same Jiu Jitsu, Defensive Tactics, and Self-Defense principles taught in our regular programs, but applied to the most common real-world situations: being grabbed, choked, taken to the ground, or attacked from behind. No prior grappling experience is required.
The curriculum is grounded in practicality. Rather than memorizing sequences, students learn how to read situations, create distance, and use leverage to protect themselves. The focus is on building genuine confidence and usable skills — not just technique for technique's sake.
Workshops are held periodically throughout the year and are reserved by appointment. Contact us to find out about upcoming dates or to schedule a private workshop for your group.
