Hawthorne has a strong scholastic wrestling tradition, and that's a natural fit for our Wrestling for Jiu Jitsu program. It hones stance, movement, and takedowns in the off-season, and pairs perfectly with Jiu Jitsu for athletes who want to be dangerous both standing and on the ground. Younger kids can start in our age-based Kids Jiu Jitsu and Kids Wrestling groups.

Adults are welcome at any starting point — our 5-Week Intro Program eases brand-new students in before regular classes. Add a clean, padded, closely supervised room and a free first class, and there's no reason for the county line to be a reason to skip it.
